Applicability
These archived terms continue to govern disputes arising from activity that occurred while they were in effect. For all current use of the Services, the current Platform Terms of Service apply.

The current Terms clarify Customer monitoring responsibilities, expand the Data Processing Addendum, and update the limitation-of-liability and governing-law provisions.
