This is an archived version of the WorkMonitor Terms of Service that applied to subscriptions between March 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023. It has been superseded and is provided for reference only.

Applicability

These archived terms continue to govern disputes arising from activity that occurred while they were in effect. For all current use of the Services, the current Platform Terms of Service apply.
