Who in my company can see my activity?
More people than you might expect, at a glance, but the detail is restricted. Anyone signed in at your company can open Team and see your online status, what you're doing right now, and your activity score for the day.
What this means for you
You can always open your own day in full, screenshots included. That's never gated behind anyone else's permission. For a teammate to open *your* day the same way, they need the permission that views team members, which only managers and owners hold by default; a plain member can't open anyone else's detailed day, only the same at-a-glance status everyone sees on Team.
Open Controls any time to see exactly what your organization can capture. It's readable by every signed-in member, not just managers. And open What We See to see who's actually looked at your record: every time a manager opens your screenshots or exports your data, it's logged there, so you can see who and when, not just who theoretically could.
