Does WorkMonitor support single sign-on?

Yes, but only one protocol actually completes sign-in today: OpenID Connect. The sign-in screen's note mentions "any SAML 2.0 IdP" too, and you can configure a SAML connection and save it, but that button isn't wired to it. Someone typing their work email there is told single sign-on isn't set up for their domain, even if a SAML connection exists for it.

What this means for you

Set up Single sign-on with your provider's OpenID Connect details (an Issuer URL, Client ID, and Client secret) if you want your team to actually sign in through it. Once it's on, anyone at the configured Email domain is redirected to your provider when they select Continue with SSO, and the first person from that domain to sign in that way is created as a new member automatically.
