Does WorkMonitor support single sign-on?

Yes. Single sign-on works with identity providers that support OpenID Connect, such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace. If your provider only supports SAML, contact support before you set it up.

What this means for you

Set up Single sign-on with your provider's OpenID Connect details (an Issuer URL, Client ID, and Client secret) if you want your team to actually sign in through it. Once it's on, anyone at the configured Email domain is redirected to your provider when they select Continue with SSO, and the first person from that domain to sign in that way is created as a new member automatically.
