Service Level Agreement

This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") applies to customers on an eligible paid plan and sets out our uptime commitment for the WorkMonitor Services.

01

Uptime Commitment

WorkMonitor will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available at least 99.9% of the time in each calendar month, measured excluding scheduled maintenance.

Service Credits

If monthly availability falls below 99.9%, eligible customers may request service credits: 10% of monthly fees for availability between 99.0% and 99.9%, and 25% for availability below 99.0%. Credits are the sole remedy for availability shortfalls.

03

Exclusions

The commitment does not apply to unavailability caused by factors outside our reasonable control, scheduled maintenance announced in advance, or the Customer's own equipment, network, or misconfiguration.

04

Support

Standard support is available during business hours by email. Priority and 24/7 support are available on Enterprise plans as described in the applicable order form.
