Worker Privacy Notice
This notice is a template WorkMonitor makes available to help customers inform their workforce about monitoring. Your employer is responsible for the monitoring configured on your device; this notice describes, in plain terms, what the WorkMonitor software can collect.
What may be collected
Depending on your employer's configuration, the software may record the applications and websites you use during work, your active and idle time, and aggregate input activity. Your employer may additionally enable periodic screenshots. The software does not record video of your screen.
What is not collected
WorkMonitor does not log the content of your keystrokes and does not access personal accounts unless you use them on a monitored device during monitored hours. Monitoring settings, including hours and features, are chosen by your employer.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed about monitoring and, depending on your jurisdiction, to access data about you and to raise concerns. Because your employer controls this data, please direct requests to your employer, who can retrieve or export the relevant records through WorkMonitor.
Transparency by design
WorkMonitor encourages transparent monitoring. Customers can enable a visible agent indicator so team members can see when monitoring is active.
