Privacy FAQ

Answers to common questions about how WorkMonitor handles personal data. For full detail, see our Global Privacy Policy.

01

Does WorkMonitor sell my personal data?

No. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share monitored activity data with advertisers.

02

Who controls the data collected about me at work?

When your employer deploys WorkMonitor, your employer is the data controller and decides what is monitored and why. WorkMonitor processes that data on your employer's behalf. Privacy requests are directed to your employer, and we assist them in responding.

03

Does WorkMonitor capture the content of my keystrokes?

No. We measure aggregate activity levels, such as how often input occurs, but we do not log the content of what you type. Screenshots and recordings are only collected if your employer explicitly enables those features.

04

How do I exercise my privacy rights?

If WorkMonitor is your employer's processor, contact your employer. Where WorkMonitor acts as a controller, email privacy@workmonitor.ai.
