Integrations
Open Integrations to see every third-party connection WorkMonitor offers, and jump into the dedicated screens for employee-data sync and live connectors.
Who this is for
Opening Integrations needs the permission that reads your team roster, which managers and owners hold by default; without it you'll see "Integrations are available to managers and owners." instead of the page. Connecting or disconnecting one of the items on this page needs the stronger permission that manages members, which only an owner holds by default.
What you'll see
The header reads Integrations, with the context line "Connect WorkMonitor to the rest of your stack."
Two feature tiles sit at the top of the page:
- Employee management (HRIS): "Sync your roster, org chart, and roles from Workday, ADP, Finch, Okta, and more. No more manual member upkeep."
- Connectors: "Live connections that consume verified work: Slack/Teams/Zoom, payroll (Deel, Gusto, ADP), accounting (QuickBooks, Xero), and your data warehouse. Payroll & accounting only ever draft for human approval."
Selecting either tile opens its own screen.
Below the tiles, a catalogue of integrations is grouped into Available now and Coming soon. Each card shows a name, a category (Migration, Communication, Developer, Project management, Productivity, Finance, or Automation), and a short description. A connected item in Available now shows a Connected badge; anything in Coming soon shows a Soon badge instead and offers no actions. An available card offers Open (the data-migration card instead reads Migrate data) alongside Connect or Disconnect.
What happens next
Selecting Connect on an available card marks it connected and the button becomes Disconnect; selecting Disconnect reverses that. Selecting Open or Migrate data takes you to that integration's own screen. The two feature tiles at the top lead to Employee management (HRIS) and Connectors.
If it doesn't work
- If you don't hold the permission to view integrations, you'll see "Integrations are available to managers and owners." instead of the catalogue.
- If a connect or disconnect action fails, a toast reads "Couldn't update the integration" or the server's own message.
