Can my employer see my screen right now?
No one can watch your screen live. WorkMonitor never streams or mirrors your display. The most it can do is take periodic screenshots, and only if your organization has that turned on and you've consented to it.
What this means for you
Open Controls any time (it's readable by every signed-in member, not just managers) to see whether Screenshots is currently on for your organization. Open What We See to check your own record: it states plainly whether screenshots are part of your record right now, and screenshots are one of the signals that need your own consent before anything is captured at all.
Your organization can also mark specific apps Private. While a private app is in front, WorkMonitor changes what it captures (anywhere from holding the image back until it's released, to keeping only a blur, to skipping the capture entirely), depending on the mode your organization chose. Open App categories to see which apps are marked private for your workspace and which mode applies.
